This scheme provides for review of a decision by the HUD Office of Inspector General denying a third-party request for OIG documents or testimony in relation to any official information. Process initiated by aggrieved party filing a written Notice of Intention to Petition for Review served on the OIG Counsel. Entire adjudication scheme set forth in one provision. See 24 CFR 2004.28.
