GSA Program Fraud and Lobbying Violation hearings
This scheme primarily governs hearings conducted pursuant to the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act (31 U.S.C. 3801 et seq.), which instructs agencies to develop procedures for imposing civil penalties against persons who make, submit, or present, or cause to be made, submitted, or presented, false or fraudulent claims for payment.
