Brief Description of Case Type: 
Proceedings providing formal public hearing on marketing orders proposed by any organization certified under SPRCIA, an interested person affected by SPRCIA, or the Secretary. The SPRCIA authorizes establishment of orderly procedures for development, financing (through assessments) of coordinated program of promotion, education and related research. Additionally, affected parties may also petition for modification/exemption from existing orders based on allegations that an order "is not in accordance with law."
