Proceedings providing formal public hearing on marketing orders proposed by any organization certified under HRPCIA, an interested person affected by HRPCIA, or the Secretary. The HRPCIA authorizes establishment of orderly procedures for development, financing (through assessments) of coordinated program of promotion, eduction and related research.
