Brief Description of Case Type: 
These cases involve the suspension or termination of surety bond program participants under 13 CFR Part 115. The SBA guarantees sureties participating in its Surety Bond Guarantee Programs against a portion of their losses incurred and paid as a result of their principals' breach of the terms of a bond on any eligible contract. See 13 CFR 115.12(a). If a surety shows a lack of business integrity by committing any of the violations in 13 CFR 115.18(b), the SBA may suspend, terminate, deny participation in, or deny reinstatement to the Surety Bond Guarantee program. See 13 CFR 115.18(d). Such decisions are appealable to OHA using the procedures in 13 CFR Part 134. Id.
