Brief Description of Case Type: 
This case type includes disputes between the SBA and organizations receiving aid under the small Business Development Center (SBDC) Program. The SBDC enters into cooperative agreements with recipient organizations (most commonly, public or private colleges and universities) to establish centers that provide small businesses with management and technical assistance.
