Adverse Actions: Appeals of covered adverse personnel actions by eligible current or former federal employees (or applicants) agencies relating to: removals; reductions in grade or pay; suspensions over 14 days; and, furloughs of 30 days or less for cause that promote the efficiency of the service. (Note: Compensatory damages are available only to extent (if any) that employee or applicant alleges that an otherwise appealable action was based on intentional discrimination, and that party prevails and is found to have been subjected to intentional discrimination.)
