Proceedings in which a Government-Sponsored Enterprise (i.e., Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) may contest HUD complaint seeking cease-and-desist order or civil penalties to enforce housing goal requirements under the Federal Housing Enterprises Oversight Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (FHEFSSA).
