Brief Description of Case Type:
Complaints alleging violations of standards of conduct for labor organizations as applied by the Congressional Accountability Act. Relief may include issuance of a cease and desist order or other applicable remedy. The Director of the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) may petition the Board of Directors of the Congressional Office of Compliance for enforcement of a decision and order (29 CFR § 458.92).
