Selective Service is not subject to the Administration Procedures with respect to adjudications [50 U.S.C. App. 463(b)]. In addition, procedural rights are contained in [50 U.S.C. App. 472]. If a military draft were to be resumed, claims for postponements, deferments, and exemptions would be determined by Boards in accordance with the Military Selective Service Act and implementing regulations. Finally, all boards have been inactive for over 40 years.
