Informal adjudication scheme providing a contractor and any specifically named affiliates with the opportunity to challenge an OPM-issued notice of suspension or debarment from procurement activities under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). (See 48 CFR Part 9, Subpart 9.4).

Comments/Notes on Adjudication Structure: 
In February 2013, OPM adopted FAR 9.4 relating to practices and procedures for procurement-related suspensions and debarments. (Previously, OPM simply had unpublished guidance called "Contracting Policy No. 9.4: Suspension and Debarment Program.") See Office of Personnel Management, Notice, 78 Fed.
