Formal complaints against common carriers
This adjudication scheme covers formal complaints against common carriers under the Communications Act that are adjudicated on the Enforcement Bureau's Accelerated Docket. The Accelerated Docket adjudicates formal complaints on an expedited schedule. It is designed to lead to a written staff-level decision within 60 days from the filing of the complaint.
