This scheme concerns the reconsideration process for applications involving the authorization of radio frequency equipment and components.
Comments/Notes on Adjudication Structure:
An initial application for the authorization of radio frequency equipment is filed with the Office of Engineering and Technology. This initial application process is not an adjudication within the scope of this project. However, persons aggrieved by virtue of an equipment authorization action may file an application with the Commission for review of an action taken pursuant to delegated authority. This scheme documents the procedures used in deciding such applications.
If a a party is dissatisfied with the Commission's ruling on an application for review, they may either petition the Commission for reconsideration of their decision or may seek judicial review.
