Termination of grants
Formal proceedings in which an AmeriCorps*VISTA or National Senior Center Corps grantee or contractor may challenge CNCS's notice of intent to to terminate funding of any existing grant or contract based on serious failure to comply with program requirements. CNCS action may be based on either substantial failure to comply with Corporation policy or program objectives, or failure to comply with grant terms based on wrongdoing of recipient.
