The USCG has not had a case under the RRB in my memory. As a practical matter, any case that could be heard by an RRB under 33 CFR 50 can be heard by the Board for the Correction of Military Records (BCMR). The BCMR regulations are found at 33 CFR 52.

The Retiring Review Board (RRB) was established to review the outcome of Retiring Boards (RB). See 33 CFR 50.1(b). I am not aware of any RB for officers being convened in the eight years I have held my current job. Hence, no cases have been generated for an RRB to consider.
